Patrick Moss
Co-Founders
In 2023, co-founder Patrick “Coach P” Moss revived the teachings and philosophy of his father, Thomas Moss, through Dream FC. Having trained under Thomas for years, Dream FC combines those timeless principles with modern international influences to create a player-centered model built on technical excellence, intelligent play, discipline, and competitive mentality.
Patrick’s journey began with the Pateadores Soccer Club, where he competed at the elite CSL Premier and S-League levels (predecessors to today’s ECNL pathway), winning multiple prestigious tournaments before continuing his career at the University of Notre Dame and the professional ranks of the United Soccer League. After a career-ending neck injury, Patrick dedicated more than 20 years to public service as a Deputy District Attorney, earning recognition as Prosecutor of the Year from both Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) and Homeland Security Investigations.
Unable to stay away from the game that shaped his life, Patrick returned to coaching with a renewed purpose: to pass on Thomas Moss’s philosophy to the next generation. Today, Dream FC is led by a coaching staff with collegiate and professional playing backgrounds, united by a shared commitment to developing technically gifted, intelligent, and confident players prepared to compete at the highest levels of the game—and succeed long after the final whistle.
